At Soundsupports we have a passion for retro hi-fi equipment, in particular Thorens and Garrard turntables. These two brands have been synonymous within the hi-fi world for decades, providing high class, high quality, reliable equipment. Our view is old is best, with their superior build and sound quality, these turntables are still a match for their modern day counterparts. A relatively new business, Soundsupports’ inspiration came from a Thorens TD160 turntable acquired from a rubbish tip. With time and care, we were able to transform this fantastic piece of equipment, from a discarded, unwanted piece of junk, to it’s former glory.

One of the most striking products we offer is a beautiful, polished stainless steel plinth, which can be made to fit most classic, collectable turntables. more info
